What a practical and applicable course to challenge my ability to use digital tools to tell stories.  I was able to better understand narrative strategies, especially ones used for social change.  I now more clearly understand the way media is distributed in a digital age that is constantly changing and some of the ethical issues of distribution.

I learned how to focus on various forms of input (visual, audio, mixed media, mashups, etc) to meaningfully communicate key inspirational, reflective and through provoking messages.

I chose to include a paper and a digital PSA using some of my own story to address the social stigma of shame and mental health to help pave a way for hope.
