In this course, I developed a greater ability for self-reflection, a more integrated philosophy of leadership and a deeper understanding of how I and others in organizational contexts create meaning.  I developed a deeper awareness of barriers to such important goals such as dysfunctional thinking, rigidity in leadership approaches and segmentalism in organizational decision-making behavior.  I was able to gain a sense of what I want as a leader, what I don’t want as a leader and what does this require of me as well ass better understand how this shapes who I am becoming.

I am including my leadership philosophy as it was a great point of reflection from where I started in the course vs my current leadership philosophy in where I am now.
